Information is collected through face-to-face interviews, telephone, or electronic means. We may also require documentary evidence to confirm your identity, such as a driver's licence or passport.

Information collected is used exclusively for the purpose of providing the financial planning services you have requested, making recommendations, and implementing those recommendations. We may disclose your information to:

  • Superannuation trustees and insurance providers
  • Fund managers and stockbrokers
  • Third-party suppliers such as software providers and contractors
  • Your accountant or other professional advisers (with your authorisation)
  • Potential purchasers in the event of a sale or transfer of our business

We may also send you direct marketing materials from time to time. You may request to be removed from our marketing communications at any time.

Data Security

Your personal information is maintained securely in both paper-based and electronic formats. Following the conclusion of a client relationship, your information is retained for seven years to comply with legislative requirements. After this period, the information is securely destroyed.

Access and Correction

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you. To do so, please contact your Financial Planner or our Privacy Officer. A fee may apply to cover the cost of providing access. We will provide access by way of copy, inspection, or summary after verifying your identity.

Access may be denied where providing it would threaten the health or safety of any individual, unreasonably impact the privacy of others, or where we are required to do so by law.
